BAJA FISH TACO
“Straight from the streets of Ensenada.” Beer-battered white fish, lightly fried, served on a homemade corn tortilla with cabbage, pico de gallo and chipotle crema. This taco is BEST when you squeeze some fresh lime on it!
A House Speciality and one of Don’s all-time FAVES. Beef Brisket braised in Dos Equis Amber, served on a soft flour tortilla with our home-made Ranchera sauce, Cotija cheese, and finished with fresh cilantro and onion. “This is a magical combination of flavors,”--says everyone!

THE SPICY BIRD
A bit spicier than the Verde taco, this chicken is tossed in our Chingona Salsa, giving it a little kick from roasted Chiles de Arból. Served on a flour tortilla with Monterey Jack cheese, fresh cilantro and onions. This is our homage to the Homestead. “The Spicy Bird” was the only chicken on the Homestead’s menu that wasn’t fried, and since we don't have any fried chicken on the menu, we thought it made sense to name something from the menu of the beloved Old Homestead!
Pork braised in a mix of Coca Cola and Orange Juice. It’s a crazy combo--but it WORKS. This pork melts Melts in your mouth!! Served on a flour tortilla with Monterrey Jack cheese, fresh cilantro and onion.

THE TEN DOLLAR TACO
Filet Mignon, two cheeses, lettuce, pico de gallo on a flour tortilla. This taco SHOULD be ten dollars, but it’s not!
Skirt steak marinated in soy and lime juice served on flour with Monterrey Jack Cheese and topped with cilantro and onion. It’s got so much flavor, you won’t believe it.
THE CARNE ROYALE
An incredible version of carne asada with Brie and Grape Salsa. Rich cheese, with sweet and spicy salsa is a match made in heaven.
